Our Flexible Rate offers peace of mind when booking in case your adventure takes a different route. You may cancel or modify your stay up to 14 days before arrival and receive a full refund.
– Payment: 100% of your stay (including taxes) is charged at the time of booking.
– Cancellations/Changes:
+ Up to 14 days before arrival: full refund.
+ Within 14 days: we will offer a credit valid for one year toward a future stay.
If your plans are set, our Non-Refundable Rate secures your preferred dates at a lower price.
-Payment: 100% of your stay is charged at booking.
-Cancellations & Changes: Not permitted.
-However, we allow one date change, requested 30+ days before check-in, subject to availability and rate differences.
– Minimum stay: 3 nights

If weather prevents you from reaching Yemaya Reefs, we’ll offer a full credit for your stay, valid for one year.
At Yemaya Reefs, we invite you to escape to a world of natural beauty and tranquility. As we are located on a remote, off-the-beaten-path island, we kindly ask all guests to take a moment to review the following details before your journey begins:
– Our island is wonderfully wild—and that’s part of its charm! However, medical facilities are limited and some areas may not be easily accessible.
For this reason, we do not recommend visits for children under 7 or guests with reduced mobility.
– If you are pregnant or have a medical condition, we suggest speaking with your doctor before traveling.
– We strongly recommend comprehensive travel and health insurance for peace of mind.
– Unfortunately pets are not permitted in the hotel.
– If your arrival is delayed, please reach out to us as soon as possible. If we don’t hear from you, your room will be held for the first night only.
– If you are unable to pay by credit card, email us at reservations.yemaya@colibriboutiquehotels.com and we’ll be happy to find an alternative.
– Please note: No refunds are issued for no-shows, late arrivals, or early checkouts.
– All booking modifications are subject to availability and rate adjustments.
